What do I get in the trial?

30 days of Pathfinder on one lane (one NAICS code and set-aside type): weekday Will Bid, Consider, or Pass calls, 2 Bid Briefs, and your first Capability Statement, all on live notices. A card is required, one trial per UEI. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged. After the trial, Pathfinder is $149/mo during early access and $249/mo after.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period, and no further payment is collected. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

What is the refund policy?

Subscription payments are non-refundable, and there are no prorated refunds. Per-run deliverables, such as a Bid Brief or Capability Statement, are non-refundable, and there are no automatic refunds. If a run fails to produce a deliverable, you are not billed for it. FedLane may grant a refund case by case, at its discretion, and issues an approved refund within 7 days of the decision.

Who decides whether we bid?

You do. Pathfinder recommends and prepares. Your firm makes every call and submits every bid.

How is this different from SAM.gov saved searches?

SAM.gov saved searches keep your filters and email you on a schedule — they work. Two things they do not do. They treat NAICS and set-aside as separate filters, so a saved search cannot require both together: search janitorial (NAICS 561720) alone and 84% of what you get is not marked for SDVOSB firms, but add the set-aside filter and you drop the 17% of notices that leave that field blank. On Free, yes — you get a short Monday quiet receipt after a healthy scan finds no qualifying notices, so you always know the lane was checked. Pathfinder is decision-first: on weekdays it sends only when a qualifying opportunity or an expiry or recompete alert clears the bar, rather than a nothing-matched receipt.

Is my firm's data shared or sold?

Never. Your firm's data is used only for internal research to improve the platform's scoring and matching in your lane.
